Bath Choral Society will present Mendelssohn’s dramatic account of the life of the prophet Elijah. This celebrated oratorio features powerful choruses and moving arias, accompanied by glittering orchestral writing.

Rising star Marcus Farnsworth, as Elijah, will lead a brilliant cast of soloists, Tanya Hurst, Carolyn Dobbin and Nicholas Sharratt, all of whom regularly appear at national opera houses. David Gostick, conductor, will draw the forces together to provide a memorable evening.
