A new collaboration

1904 Arts Club

Bristol Ensemble is delighted to announce its collaboration with the 1904 Arts Club in Bristol, where it is to be based from Spring 2023.  The ensemble will use the hall primarily as a rehearsal venue, but it will also be presenting several concerts and events in both the hall and the beautiful walled garden adjoining the Red Lodge Museum.

BE founder and chief executive, Roger Huckle, says it comes at a great time for Bristol Ensemble:

“Having our very own venue in the centre of Bristol that we can use for both rehearsals and performances will help Bristol Ensemble enormously.  We have reached a point with so many different projects on the go that it is essential to have a base from which to coordinate all our activities, and finding one as accommodating as 1904 Arts is fantastic.”

The 1904 Arts Club has been celebrating music and the arts in Bristol for over 100 years, and we hope that our new collaboration will help to widen the audience and appreciation for both of our organisations.
